Welcome
The Kittitas Valley is located in Central Washington, approximately
two hours east of Seattle. The Valley has lush farmlands and is
home to Central Washington University and the world famous Ellensburg
Rodeo, held every Labor Day Weekend.
The mountains surrounding the valley are home to many animals including
elk, deer, bear, cougar, and many smaller animals as well. People
also enjoy the abundance of pheasant, quail, grouse, and many fish
species.
We usually have bright blue, sunny skies over 300 days a year.
*2008 Banquet Committee*
Great news - we received enough volunteer support to plan another banquet this year!! We could always use additional help and support, so please contact a committee member if you can help plan, set-up, at the banquet, or have a donation for us (we accept cash, check, credit card, and merchandise).
Our next committee meeting will be Sunday, June 1st at 5:00 at the Blume's house. Call 899-2197 or e-mail me at stephanie.bala @ mossadams.com for more information.
*Projects Committee*
Jim Allen heads up our projects committee. He'll be organizing new outdoor projects for the spring of 2008. If you have any questions, please e-mail or call Jim Allen. jkallen @ fairpoint.net or 509-962-3947.
